Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Return Information
Reasons for Return: We accept no-excuse returns within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Return Process:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds will be issued after we have received the item and confirmed the condition of the item.
Cost Information:
Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped or item is defective), the customer is responsible for return shipping of $10.
Refund Processing:Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.
Exchange Information
Reasons for Exchange: We accept exchanges without reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Exchange Process:
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Please follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item to the specified address.
We will send you a replacement item of equal value after receiving the item and confirming its condition.
Cost Information:
Exchange Shipping: Unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g. wrong item or defective item), the exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchange shipping is $10.

All refunds will be minus a $10 shipping fee unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We do not offer more than one exchange; you may choose either one exchange or a full refund.
